Course Description

Whether you are a seasoned cook who’d like to add exciting new dishes to your repertoire or you’re a beginner just getting started in the kitchen we can’t wait to share our favorite recipes with you! Our Demonstration Classes include a generous tasting of food and a copy of the recipes.

Men are capable of so much more than just grilling! We'll go through some great recipes that you can cook for the loved ones in your life that are just as filling and hearty. Recipes include:

o    Mashed Cucumber, Wood Ear Mushrooms and Ginger Salad
o    Braised Caribbean Oxtails
o    Garlic and Chive Mashed Potatoes
