Course Description

Designing effective nonprofit programs includes embedding an evaluation strategy to gauge its success. Learning how to assess and review programs and how they address the needs of a community is a step that is often overlooked. Today’s leaders must know how to transition their initiatives away from transactional programming to transformational experiences. Students will leave understanding the fundamentals of planning for sustainable programming in a non-profit setting.
