Course Description

Through sports drills, skills, and technique, children do their best in an instructional and healthy competitive environment. Basic sport fundamentals like running, jumping, catching, and throwing are incorporated into an outdoor atmosphere of encouragement and fun! Campers will pump up confidence, building self-esteem and instill an "I can do it" attitude.

Fitness Fun week is all about discovering how fun it is to move our bodies! Campers will play engaging, low-pressure games that introduce basic motor skills like running, hopping, and throwing in a positive group setting through a variety of sports, games, and fitness activities.  Children will be encouraged to try new skills and building upon what they already know. Learn to work in a group and be part of a team.  Games, sports and more will be run by camp staff and will be mostly outdoors, weather permitting.  Indoor space is available when needed.

During Red, White & Blue week, every activity is a chance to build happy memories and learn how to be a great teammate. We celebrate fitness by focusing on cooperation through classic lawn games like gentle cornhole tosses, fun relay races, and a variety of kid-friendly field sports. Learn some new skills, make friends and enjoy the summer fun! Games, sports and more will be run by camp staff and will be mostly outdoors, weather permitting. Indoor space is available when needed.

Section Notes

During Superhero week, campers learn the “superpowers" of working together and cheering for your friends.  Camp staff guides children through sports and imaginative games that teach them the camp is a safe space for every child to explore movement, build confidence, and discover their inner hero without any competitive pressure. Games, sports and more will be run by camp staff and will be mostly outdoors, weather permitting. Indoor space is available when needed.
