Course Description

Through sports drills, skills, and technique, children do their best in an instructional and healthy competitive environment. Basic sport fundamentals like running, jumping, catching, and throwing are incorporated into an outdoor atmosphere of encouragement and fun! Campers will pump up confidence, build self-esteem and instill an “I can do it” attitude.

Under the instruction of a Nationally Accredited Certified Personal Trainer, classes may include kickball, dodgeball, soccer, flag football, beach volleyball, lawn sports and more, all while learning to promote an active and healthy lifestyle. Sign up for one class or more, as no class will ever be the same! Week 2: Fitness Fun, Week 5: Classic Outdoor Games and Sports, Week 6: Summer Olympics, and Week 8: Around the World Games/Sports. Instructions by GymGuyz. Note: If inclement weather on a given day, then that class will be moved to an indoor space.
