Whether you are a seasoned cook who’d like to add exciting new dishes to your repertoire or you’re a beginner just
getting started in the kitchen we can’t wait to share our favorite recipes with you. Demonstration classes include a
generous tasting of food and a copy of the recipes. Menus are subject to change without notice due to market availability.

of Spain. The Spanish food scene is influenced by its
landscape rich in seafood, produce and history.
Sample Menu: Grilled Bread with Tomato and Fried Garlic,
Gambas Al Ajillo (shrimp in garlic sauce), Spanish Rice,
Grilled Vegetables in the Style of Cádiz, Fall Sangria
Students must be 21 years old and bring a valid driver’s
license to class.
