Course Description

Camper’s get to chop, grate, measure, mix and roll their way to delicious dishes with the guidance of our chef instructor. Junior Chef is designed for kids to have fun while focusing on food, nutrition, and cooking skills. Creativity and knowledge in the kitchen play an important role for young people in building self-confidence and independence.

All levels of cooking and baking experience welcome. Sign up for one or more weeks with our College Chef Instructors in the Culinary Kitchen. Space is limited. Only 12 students per class.
