Course Description

This hybrid course provides comprehensive training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) beyond the required 40-hour curriculum, preparing students for careers in behavioral health. Covering the eight core content areas set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB®), the course integrates interactive instruction, hands-on learning, and exam preparation. Students will gain essential skills in behavior measurement, assessment, behavior reduction, documentation, and ethical responsibilities. The training includes role-playing, guided practice, and real-world application to enhance competency. Additionally, supervision requirements and next steps for certification are covered. Designed for those seeking RBT certification, this course ensures students are well-prepared to enter the workforce as skilled behavior technicians.

This training program is designed to meet the 2026 training eligibility requirement for RBT certification.

This training program is offered independent of the BACB, further courses are required to meet eligibility for RBT certification.
