Course Description

Understanding how to read and interpret non-profit financial statements is critical to assessing the health of an agency. Having this skill is critical for developing a strategic plan to move the agency forward. The best non-profit leaders know how to diversify funding streams while successfully pitching their mission to generate support from local, state, and federal sources.
