Course Description

Learn to build trust and confidence with challenging individuals, whether it is a boss, co-worker, employee, or customer, and manage difficulty by changing conflict into a constructive force. We'll dive into the reasons why employee conflict exists in the workplace along with solutions and practices to resolve common issues. Students will learn strategies for managing challenging conversations with direct reports, peers, or supervisors when emotions are running high and positive outcomes are essential.
