Course Description

Attracting the right talent for the correct position is one of the most difficult challenges facing organizations today. With competition for new staff steeper than ever, this class will teach students good interviewing and recruiting techniques to get the best candidate for the position. Students will practice interviews on both sides of the table, and the class will focus not only on the "how", but the "why" behind the recruitment and selection process in hiring.
