Course Description

Employee Relations offers consultation, facilitation, and resolution strategies for workplace issues. Developing them assists in communications between employees and supervisors, helping create positive experiences in corrective action, disciplinary conversations, and explanations or clarification of policies, expectations, and procedures. This class will help you to create a positive working environment to maximize productivity and remain competitive!
