Course Description

We will produce cakes that get their moistness, flavor, and fine crumb from oil.

Menu: Italian Lemon Olive Oil Cake w/ Figs, and Orange Chiffon Cake w Orange Glaze.

Our hands-on cooking classes are for all skill levels. We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to class so we can get started on time. Menus are subject to change due to market availability.
