Menu: Potato Pancakes, Smoked Salmon, Chive Crème Fraiche, Frisee Ricotta Gnocchi w/ Seasonal Garnish, Kimchee Pork Belly w/ Spicy Asian Slaw. Eggplant Roulade w/ Fresh Mozzarella
