Course Description

Fall brings a whole new set of vegetables for our table. Brassica, roots, and greens rule the season!

Menu: Curried Cauliflower, Farro Risotto, and “Mash” 2 ways, Rutabaga Mash and Parsnip Potato Mash

Demonstration classes include a generous tasting of food prepared by the chef and a copy of the evening recipes. Menus are subject to change without notice due to market availability.
